DOES IT FIT YOUR RACK?

1. ORIENTATION

The dip bars mount only on the right side. So make sure you have enough space left of the rack in order to fit the bars.

2. RACK WIDTH

Measure the width of your rack. The bars fit on 60x60mm, 70x70mm, 75x75mm, 3''x 3'', 80x80mm racks.

3. HOLE DIAMETER

The hole diameter for the pin needs to be at least 15mm. Bigger is fine.

EASY TO MOUNT AND ADJUST

The dip bars can be easily adjusted for different rack sizes via the provided inlays. The rack mount is done via the loading pin and the safety plate to prevent shaking. The bars can be easily adjusted in height on the rack without dismounting.

The absolute best dip station I've used, worth the money

After a lot of thinking I finally upgraded my home gym setup with one of these - I got the full station. I was very worried that the dip bars would shake as many expensive dip bars still shake and flex a little as you add more weight to them. These don't - at all.

Summary: If you are looking for a dip station, and you already have a compatible rack - stop looking for another alternative - this dip setup is the best. even if you do not have a compatible rack, the combo of the dip station and bars I would recommend for anyone who dips seriously, and anyone who wants a set of dip bars they can rely on.

This is by far the best built dip station that I have ever seen or used. The build quality and stability exceeds many commercial high end gyms - in fact this setup should be the standard dip setup in any gym that has a dip station right now.

So how stable is this? I can put my tripod remote on top of the dip bars, press record, setup with my weight belt and weight and dip for reps - the remote doesn't shake or move at all - and it is very light, maybe 5grams - the bars don't move or flex at all. I finish my dip set, and the remote stayed exactly where I placed it.

this is 100% worth the money - if you have the space for it.

I would recommend 2 people for assembly if you can, but its ok with one person, the final unit is heavy to move it into position to move for one person, just be aware of that.

Many other normal dip attachments are rated for just 200kg-250kg - this becomes a problem for heavier lifters and heavier weight combinations.

Best dip bars I have used

My previous wall mounted dip bar in my home gym was flexing and creaking which gave me a bit of fear using them. Then I saw a video of my friend using a similar wall mounted bar as mine and it broke while he was using it. Immediately, there was no need to procrastinate any more and I ordered the KOW dip station. It was shipped very fast (within a week). I got some help to assembly the item.

Rock solid, even though we can shift the station, even more solid than my previous other brand wall mount dip bar. No flexing at all. The adjustable width and height is so useful and comfortable and I feel safe using these bars. I believe this is the first unit delivered to Singapore. Absolutely no regrets, highly recommended.

SL-Pro dip station / Great value for the price

The station just arrived yesterday and I got it assembled quite fast due to the comprehensive and thorough instructions.

I'm not gonna lie I feared it might feel a bit flimsy due to the product photo and the low price point compared to the other competition dip stations (supreme force, etc)

Right away from opening the packages I was really impressed how well the station is designed and how sturdy it is. It really does not move an inch when you're using it and it feels great to train on. It also looks very nice with the laser cut logos, knurled knobs and the logo on the metal plaque.

I myself could not only buy the dip bars and needed the whole station since my garage gym has floor heating and thus i'm unable to bolt anything to the floor.

The one and only very minor inconvenience is that the adjustable, left dip bar side points very slightly downwards while the right side is perfectly leveled. I'm sure it won't affect performance but when designing a new model I would probably include some kind of a fix for that or atleast look into it.

I DM'd the owner of the company about it and instantly got an answer that this model has less whip than even the triple more expensive models of other manufacturers which is pretty cool.

Again, nothing major and of course when you add weight to a handle that is not secured with anything else than the rotating screws and one hex head bolt below it's to be expected.

Long story short I'm very pleased I worked up the nerve to spend the € for this station and i'm sure i'll get to enjoy training on it for a long time!

Thank you for your business.
This is practically the only affordable competition station in the whole Europe and i'm very very happy to own one 💪🏻

If you have the money to spare and are mulling over buying one I highly recommend you do. It will last for a long time.

Game changer at Streetlifting Nordic!

Last weekend we arranged the biggest streetlifting competition Scandinavia has ever seen. We used the full dip station and it could possibly be the best equipment used at the competition and we only used top quality equipment. Once the athlete saw that we had the KoW dip station at the floor you could tell the excitement immediately.

We used two station in total, luckily we had an athlete bring the extra one. One in the warm up area and one at the competition stage. We are already thinking of getting a second one to keep the athletes satisfied in next comp.
