The chain is made from flexible, soft and light nylon and has a total weight of only 150g. It is adjustable and long enough (150cm) to hang the plates low for dips and pull-ups, but can also be adjusted to be super short for muscle-ups. Also, you won't get deaf anymore if you drop the chain accidentally. It can be used for 30mm and 50mm plates easily.
300kg capacity per hole is only valid for new chains and with signs of wear over time values can become lower. If your chain tears apart, please message us to see if you qualify for exchange.
