SL PRO Full Stiff Elbow Sleeves
SL PRO Full Stiff Elbow Sleeves
The SL Pro Full Stiff Sleeves are a new generation of elbow sleeves that guarantee maximal support for peak performance in competition.
What does Full Stiff mean? The sleeve is designed of two neoprene pads — one on the inside of the arm, and one on the outside of the elbow. Both pads are made out of very stiff 7mm neoprene, creating the most soft tissue inhibition and maximum elbow support. This comes at the price of comfort and requires a second person to get in and out. Half Stiff Elbow sleeves offer a little less support for the sake of comfort and better usability.

Size Guide
Size Guide
We are using our own Size Chart and you can not compare sizes from other brands with ours! For example, if you have already a pair of Elbow Sleeves in size M from an other brand, it would not mean, that you will also have size M in the 'SL Pro Elbow Sleeves'. Keep in mind!
In order to find out the size you need:
- Measure your forearm circumference. (further details in the video below)
- Use the Size-Table to find the right size.
Please do not size down! Selecting the size recommended by us will already provide a tight fit.
Forearm Circumference | Sleeve Size (Full Stiff) |
23-26cm | S |
26,5-28cm | M |
28,5-31cm | L |
31,5-33cm | XL |
If you are at the top end of the size range, it would be better to size up.
The elbow sleeve needs to surpass the thickest area of the forearm. This will be the critical measurement to ensure that the sleeve fits. Note, that full stiff sleeves do NOT expand. So downsizing is not possible. If you are at the top end of a size, upsizing is recommended.

Downsizing sleeves is strongly discouraged due to their extreme stiffness. When trying on the sleeves for the first time, always have a training partner nearby to help, especially if the sleeves might be a size too small. If you do not feel your hand or blood flow is restricted, please remove the sleeves as soon as possible. Cut sleeves are not refunded. kingofweighted.shop is not liable for any injury.

FULL STIFF OR HALF STIFF?
The half stiff sleeves should be your primary choice for training as well as for competition. Full stiff sleeves are a 'nice to have' sleeve to gain extra support for competition athletes to build up their total. You will need an extra person to get in and out of the full stiff sleeves.
