Simply great

I think it's pointless to say anything, the course is just great. Ton of information and definitely not a scam like some. Would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to pay a coach every month and just be able to be his own coach. These guys just know what they're doing.

A bit dissapointed

I was expecting that program design will based on common gym exercises and not more or less calisthenics alone. It's obvious that the author of this course is a big fan of calisthenics but that doesn't mean that the course should be build mostly on calisthenic exercises. For me personally, it took away the focus and understanding of the point of programming quite a bit.

I can praise everything else.

Thanks for the review! I looked up your course progress and that is 29% just yet and you haven't seen the actually programming design modules. The program designs that are tought in the course of course are independ of the exercise itself. It doesn't matter if your main lift is a dip, pull up or overhead press. The concept of strength training doesn't change. Indeed, most of the programming examples are based on streetlifting programs, as that is the main target group.

I hope once you finished 100% of the course and visited some of my calls I could change your mind.

Great course

Great course. Far better than reading 10 books on strength training. But dont understand why access to course is limited to six months. Course is so complex that it requires longer period to make the most out of it.
