The Strength & Hypertrophy Program is a science-based program designed for Weighted Calisthenics. This program will help you build muscle and strength in 10 weeks.

Minimum Equipment Level:
- Pull Up Bar, Dip Bars, Squat Rack, Barbell, Rings
Minimum Experience Level:
- Pull Ups: 8+ reps
- Dips: 10+ reps
- Back Squat: 100% bodyweight
- Muscle Up: Not required*
*Individual Muscle Up levels based on training experience can be selected in the program
Time required:
- 3-5 training days based on your choice
- ca. 90min per training session
