Great Programm for Beginners

The program is great to start with Weighted Cali. You don't need to think too much. Only some exercises need to be learned. Simple Plan to increase 1RM. Michael supports also via Mail or Instgram.

It is not only a great program for increasing your numbers in all four Streetlifting lifts, it is also an amazing program if you aim for hypertrophy. Gained 8kg through 21 weeks and increased all lifts in a range of 0 to +15kg.

Everything you'll need and more

The template is very easy to use and intuitive. All the weights you plug in are customized to your strength capacity. It even factors in your bodyweight which is crucial for Streetlifting. I'm currently on Block 2, week 4 and I'm now hitting rep PR's on many movements. I highly recommend this program for those looking to take their Streetlifting journey to the next level.
