DOES IT FIT YOUR RACK?
1. ORIENTATION
The dip bars mount only on the right side. So make sure you have enough space left of the rack in order to fit the bars.
2. RACK WIDTH
Measure the width of your rack. The bars fit on 60x60mm, 70x70mm, 75x75mm, 3''x 3'', 80x80mm racks.
3. HOLE DIAMETER
The hole diameter for the pin needs to be at least 15mm. Bigger is fine.
EASY TO MOUNT AND ADJUST
The dip bars can be easily adjusted for different rack sizes via the provided inlays. The rack mount is done via the loading pin and the safety plate to prevent shaking. The bars can be easily adjusted in height on the rack without dismounting.
I purchased these dip bars almost a year ago now & they have been used pretty much DAILY since then in my own training sessions, when coaching personal training clients in my gym (Adventure Ready Coaching in Newcastle, NSW) & during multiple Streetlifting Australia competitions, where many athletes (including myself) have set countless new personal bests & national records, including Australia's heaviest ever dip in competition (140kg)! Absolutely awesome adjustability, stability & comfort! 10/10 would recommend!

This piece of equipment was game changing for my Dip.
Stabilty is crazy good and the width adjustment is the best Feature for anyone serious about the sport of streetlifting.

I bought these bars to finally let me pursue a proper dip without risking injury and not hitting depth. I am a taller guy, 188cm and 106kg so dipping on these bars are a completely new world. I used to have eleiko bars that are tapered and at max 54cm so for me hitting depth was super super hard and inconsistent, after buying these bars my dips are becoming better and better day by day and i feel a lot less restricted and awkward in my dips. For me, dipping on the widest setting (65cm) has truly been a blessing and has allowed me to dip with a high quality technique.
