The belt should sit on top of your hip. You should be able to close it in front of your body with the third carabiner. If you are on top of one size and you prefer a snug fit, go with the Size. If you prefer a more lose fit, better size up.

If you are shortly above a size and you prefer a tight fit - just write us an email and we can add a 4th carabiner for you. This will ensure that you can get a tight fit, but if it feels a bit too tight later, you can use two carabiners in the front.

To compete in this Federation you need to use licensed equipment. We own the license for the belt and the elbow sleeves - so if you buy our equipment, you don't need to upgrade later in case you want to compete there.
