The professional streetlifting program is designed to provide solutions to the three main problems you will face if you want to train like a professional athlete.
Problem 1: How should you execute the exercises to increase performance and decrease injury risk?
Solution: The Professional Streetlifting Program includes over 65 educational videos and exercise tutorials. The tutorials feature the correct exercise setup, use of equipment, execution tips, and common errors to be avoided.
Problem 2: How to avoid plateaus and injury?
Solution: The Program is based on all scientific principles of strength training to guide you toward peak performance. This program goes even one step further. The whole periodization model will be explained to you in depth. Learn how the mesocycles and macrocycles of the program are designed and how you can customize them!
Problem 3: How do you select the right assistance exercises to improve your performance by keeping you mobile, healthy, and more resilient?
Solution: Instead of hourly mobility routines the program features an exercise selection that allows you to train your joints in all of their natural ranges. This will improve your mobility and make your joints more resilient to load, as you are not only stretching but training the more vulnerable end ranges of your joints under load.

After you are used to the exercise set ups, a session can be finished in 90min including the recommended warm up.

Pull up bar, dip bar, dip belt, barbell + rack, multi-bench, adjustable dumbbells or a cable tower. The excel file allows customizations.
WHICH LEVEL DO YOU NEED

You should be able to perform all 4 competition lifts (Dip, Pull Ups, Backsquat, Muscle Up) excepct the muscle ups with additional weight. If you can't muscle up yet, the program needs modifications. Feel free to reach out to support@kingoweighted.com for questions.
