Tracking
After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information. When the package is handed over to the shipping provider, you can find all available information in the tracking.
International tracking: If your order is shipped outside of Germany the package will be handed over to your local post service. To still get all tracking information use the 'Shipment tracking in foreign countries' - button on the tracking page
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer returns within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.
- Products can be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.
- If the product is returned in an unacceptable condition, we may not provide a full refund.
- Once digital products are downloaded (or access was granted for programs), they cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns Portal
If you received:
(a) Defective Item - In the event an item(s) is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s). Prior notification of the defect (+ pictures) must be sent via email to support@kingofweighted.com. We will not be able to issue refunds on defective items without prior notification.
(b) Wrong Item - If you receive the wrong item(s), we will send you a replacement. Once we have received the item(s) or proof of the wrong item we will ship out the correct item(s) immediately; dependent on current stock. Prior notification of this issue must be sent via email to support@kingofweighted.com.
(c) Missing Item(s) - If you are missing items in your order. Once we receive this message we try to send out the missing item(s) immediately; dependent on current stock. Please contact us via mail at support@kingofweighted.com.
Return Policy for Free Products
1. Free products in promotions (e.g., "Buy 1, get 1 free")
If a free product is granted as part of a promotion, it must be paid for if the other items are returned and the conditions for receiving the free product are no longer met. If the free product is not returned or returned in used condition, the corresponding amount will be charged.
2. Free products based on a minimum order value
If a free product is granted based on a minimum order value, the entitlement expires if the order value falls below the required threshold after a return. In this case, the regular price of the free product will be charged if it is not returned.

Return costs are to be paid by the customer. If you use our service and proceed with your return via our Returns Portal, the costs depend on the country:

If you choose not to use our Returns Portal and manage the return independently, please ensure the return package is trackable. This allows you to verify the shipment to us. Without tracking, the liability for any loss is up to you and a refund will not be provided in this event. Furthermore, make sure the package is marked as a return to avoid any additional custom fees.
Exchange
If you want to exchange something, it works as follows:
- Request a return here: Returns Portal
- Attach the return shipping label and all customs information as mentioned on your package and send it back to us (once we have received your package, we will refund the purchase price minus the cost of the return shipment)
- You can place a new order immediately or wait until we have refunded your amount
