Build quality of the belt is really good and I like the long daisy chain. (Sometimes I use thick bumper plates.) My hip circumference is 88cm and I have the medium sized belt. As expected, I am at lower end of the medium range, but the belt still fit. As far as I can tell, the Size-guide works well.
I tried both M and S size. My size supposed is M size, but when using M size I found the weight are pressing on my groin, which is uncomfortable. S szie works for me although it is not the “right” size. When using S size, the weights are distributed at the side.
Hey! Thank you for your order. We would still recommended you Size M. The fit with the belt going down slightly V-Shaped to the groin is intended. This puts the load on the hips and deloads the lower back. Your tight Size S fit comes with a too high belt position putting you into an anterior pelvic tilt under load. Additionally, if you proceed to add weight the belt could fold forward due to the parallel orientiation. If it's more comfortable for you like this, we are happy though that you found your sweetspot.

Using the belt for my dips, comfortable and gives an aura haha. But overall very satisfied with it.
