Use the given bodyweight range as an approximate guideline. For a more accurate estimate, measure your hip circumference.
Individual preferences differ. Michael wears a Size M belt with 93cm (36.6'') hip circumference, 172cm (67.7'') height, and 80kg (176lbs) bodyweight. If you are unsure, we'd love to help you via the 'ask a question' tab below.
Size S is 85cm/33.5'' long.
Size M is 95cm/37.4'' long. (former Size L, double check recommendations)

If you are at the top end of the size range, it would be better to size up.
The elbow sleeve needs to surpass the thickest area of the forearm. This will be the critical measurement to ensure that the sleeve fits. Note, that full stiff sleeves do NOT expand. So downsizing is not possible. If you are at the top end of a size, upsizing is recommended.

The half stiff sleeves use our patent pending technology. They have a very stiff pad at the inside - creating a strong rebound at the bottom of the dip. The outside pad is softer allowing you to get in easier and wear it comfortably. This will give you a performance boost of 5-10kg according to our customers.

For the belt: if you are shortly above a size and you prefer a tight fit - just write us an email and we can add a 4th carabiner for you. This will ensure that you can get a tight fit, but if it feels a bit too tight later, you can use two carabiners in the front.
For the sleeves: follow the sizing table and never size down. A too small sleeves won't work, but with a slightly to big one you will barely notice a difference in your training.
