Placing an order

At the checkout, you can choose from multiple payment methods, such as:

Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Paypal, Maestro, Google Pay, Shop Pay

The shipping times and costs vary based on the destination country for your parcel. The best way to check the shipping times and costs is to go to the checkout. After you have entered your address, you’ll be able to see the specific shipping details. You will not be charged at this stage. 

Our indicated shipping time refers to the actual shipping time only (excluding time for customs inspections). Due to western sanctions and other circumstances beyond our control, there might be delays in shipping or in booking your package on a flight. We always use the fastest possible shipping method, but once the package is on its way, we unfortunately have no further control over the process!

If this should happen, we are very sorry! To be able to offer a fast solution and replacement delivery, please email us at support@kingofweighted.com and make sure to enclose pictures of the wrong/ defective item.

In rare cases, packages can get stuck or lost. If there is no update for more than 15 working days for international orders write us an email at support@kingofweighted.com. We will file a complaint for you so the package insurance pays for the loss and you can get your money back.

You can also find all shipment details in the tracking link. As soon as your package is handed over to the local post service in your country, make sure to use the button 'Shipment tracking in foreign countries'.

In many countries, only one delivery attempt is made. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be sent back to us. Therefore, feel free to use the function in the tracking link to select an alternative pick-up option.

Returns & Exchange

Returns can be registered within 14 days of arrival of the parcel. You can find all information about our return policy here: https://kingofweighted.shop/pages/shipping-tracking

Submit your request in our Returns Portal

If you choose not to use our Returns Portal and manage the return independently, please ensure that the return package is trackable. This allows you to verify the shipment to us. Without tracking, the liability for any loss is up to you and a refund will not be provided in this event. 

Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.

If you want to exchange something, this only works as follows:

  • Request a return here: Returns Portal
  • Attach the return shipping label and all customs information as mentioned on your package and send it back to us (once we have received your package, we will refund the purchase price minus the cost of the return shipment)
  • You can place a new order immediately or wait until we have refunded your amount
